Ive been having fun for the past few days. My relationship with my family is at an all-time high, and everything else seems to be going smoothly. Never mind the fact that whenever someone asks me about that thing people end up asking about just because theyve ran out of things to say (aka emotional attachment), I reply a witty and meaningless "haha". Ive never been so contented with myself. That only goes to show that Im good at psyching myself up. I am finally in the right psychological frame of mind, and knowing that Ive got my confidence back excites me.

In fact, I broke my endless routine of boring my soul inside the house by not being in it. Ive been going places since Saturday, and to have achieved 5 days of non-boredom is good enough for me.

I went to UP the other day to submit my chest x-ray results and other forms. I was suprised by how the "guys" who attended to the incoming freshmen were so...young. The whole time I was there, the short row of tables with UP-people (?) exuded warmth and wittiness. They kept on asking me questions and making hirits. One of them was a prof of one of the hard subjects Im supposed to take (Math17). He was fairly cute by the way. And so were the other students there. Turns out UP isnt so hopeless after all. Hahaha. But kidding aside, I guess you could say I felt welcomed and right at home.

Ive finally chosen a place to stay in too. My mom and I decided to confirm with Dormitoryana instead of living inside the UP campus. I really, really, really would have wanted to be roommates with Lav, or to have found a place with Chrissie, but my parents found it more convenient for me to stay in the dorm along Katipunan. Id have to commute everyday though, but having to ride a jeepney isnt so bad. And Dormitoryana was the nicest place Ive checked out so far (excluding the elite condos, of course). It has a garden, tight security, neat rooms, well-maintained facilites, nice neighbors, and its along Katipunan so Id have no problem looking for food and other stuff. Visitors are allowed from 8am-10 pm *hint hint* so if any of my friends happen to pass by Loyola Heights, sana may bumisita naman...hahaha.

Aaaah. I so miss my friends. :(


I have a feeling Im gonna be bored there for the first few weeks. Im gonna have 2 roommates and I only know their names. One's from Miriam and the other's from Ateneo I think - and when I saw their pictures from this album of all the girls who stayed there, they were the prettiest. And they seemed nice too so hopefully I get along with them. *crosses fingers*.

Im just so excited to go to college already. I just want the summer to end. Weird.
New new new! Thats what I need. New...everything!

I also went to Bea's house today for the dance practice for her debut. They were even supposed to pick me up from my place just so I can practice, but my family changed their plans, so I ended up meeting them in Town. It was so good to see actual Zobel people again! And to have actually *moved* my body again (note: we danced ergo exercised...while munching on sweets o:)! Fun, fun, fun. And yes, Justin was there too. Lol. ;)

Raffy and the others are gonna pick me up again tomorrow. Yay!
