[My June 3 post]
note: Pardon the incoherence and errors and stuff. I just typed whatever entered my mind. :D

I couldn't sleep last night. I felt obliged to make the most out of the last Friday of my summer vacation. I stayed up till 7:00 am. =O But after eating some leftover fettucine, I went back to bed and finally made my way back to dreamland...till 11:00 am. :)

Happy Birthday to my Mom! (June 3)

I think she turned 40 today (but then that's what she's been saying annually for the past few years, hehe). A few people have been telling me that I kind of lost weight, and those compliments indeed deserved a "Hallelujah" moment. But then I think I've gained all that weight back after having eaten pizza, pasta, cake, and all those other tempting, fattening, calorie-packed foods.

My Dad's gift for my Mom was a new phone. She deserved one because being the non-techy people that we are, a little upgrade was definitely what she needed. My Mom's the most selfless, non-materialistic and simplest person I've ever met. She'd rather buy us a couple of books from National than buy herself that expensive gardening/homemaking book she's been eyeing. She'd rather buy my brothers new PS2 CDs than buy herself a new bag. She'd rather see us pig out in McDonald's than eat in her fave Chinese restaurant.
She's the type of person who finds contentment and satisfaction in seeing and making other people happy. I have her to thank for the fact that I've learned to find happiness in the simplest things in life too. It's in the genes I guess, hehe. Thanks Mommy. :)
(Okay, let's hope that she doesnt read that, coz if she found out about my online journal, then I'd be really dead...especially after that phone-borrowing incident. Lol.)

I've been watching Meteor Garden. I even cried a couple of times while witnessing how San Cai got caught between Wua Ze Lei and Dao Ming Si...and gushed at the supposedly mushy scenes. Haha.

This is embarassing. How pathetic can I get? Lol.

Kris Aquino's going to marry James Yap next year! Wth?!He's only 23, and she's what? 35? Hmph..so much for James. Hope Paul Artadi's still single. Lol.

Oh, and Paris Hilton's engaged to her boyfriend Paris too.They're both worth millions/billions of dollars.They're both hot.And they're both named Paris.
Hmm..what if I end up marrying someone named "Nicky" or "Dominic"? Lol.Imagine that.

Haay..This world just gets crazier by the minute. :)
